What are your quality control procedures?

We operate a strict quality control process which is based upon the IS0 9001 process.  All items are checked by our Birmingham manufacturing team whether they’ve been made in house by us or one of our trusted global partners. Nothing is ever delivered direct from overseas, it always comes to our Birmingham factory first where it is combined with other components and goes through our stringent quality checks.

Do you charge for origination?

Origination is often considered to be something that should be offered for free.  Like everything in life, nothing comes for free and everything has to be accounted for, such as the sale price of the goods in your shop need to cover the costs of running it.  If you are offered free origination just consider if it is actually free or just hidden in the unit price.

Unlike some of our competitors we always charge for origination.  Our quotes will give you an overall price for your first order, and a second price for any repeat orders. For long running product lines this second price is important as it does not include origination, on your second order you will immediately benefit immediately from lower unit prices – increasing your profit

We feel that charging for origination is the best most honest and open way of doing business. This approach builds upon the trust that our customers have in us to always do the right thing.

What are your lead times?

As a guide we would suggest that you allow 6 weeks for new products from approval of artwork to delivery. For existing products please allow 4 weeks. We also have a stock range of products that can be dispatched the same day for next day delivery.

If bespoke products are required quickly we do have a range of express products that can be produced in 3 working days.

We can design new products very quickly but it is important that we have enough time to discuss your requirements and develop the products together which can also include a visit to your location to view your collection and retail setting.

What is your MOQ and carriage paid value?

We have no minimum order value. All orders over £250 are carriage paid, all orders below £250 are subject to a £15 P&P charge.

On bespoke products we have minimum order quantity of 125 units. On stock ranges there are no minimum order quantities.
